How do you change the default alarm sound in iOS 16?

Other threads state the default alarm sound is set in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. However there is no alarm sound setting under this menu in iOS 16 that I can find. All new alarms set in the Clock app set the sound to "Alarm." But when I ask Siri to set an alarm, the new alarm sound is set as "Urgent Message" as the default. And no, the alarm time is not previously set, or never set (I tested something like 10:02AM). When I ask Siri to set an alarm for 10AM, and that alarm was previously entered (but off), she will turn the alarm on and iOS will honor the orginal alarm set sound. She only sets the sound to "Urgent Message" for new alarms. Where does Siri read this default alarm sound setting?

Thank you for your reply but this article does not state how to change the default sound of a new alarm created by Siri. I don't wish to dig into the alarm menu and edit the alarm to change the default sound she sets - sort of defeats the point of using Siri to create an alarm.

I even tried creating an alarm with Siri, editing the sound to "Plucky", deleting the alarm, then asking Siri to create the same time alarm again - she used the sound "Urgent Message" again. This proves she does not look to what the last sound was set (and I would not expect her to). There must be some setting somewhere that she defaults the alarm sound to "Urgent Message" on my phone, as "Urgent Message" is not an iOS default for any notification I am aware of.

I replicated the issue on an old iPhone 7 that was in a drawer running iOS 14.2 (and the older Clock/Alarm app). Siri creates a new alarm with the sound "Radar" on that phone.
