Did you check the Recently deleted folder in Photos?
If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support
In case this folder is empty, your photos can't be restored, if you are using iCloud Photos.
If you created a backup on your computer and you are not using iCloud Photos, those photos might still be part of the backup. But you'll have to restore the whole backup, signal data can't be extracted from a backup.
