Apple Card Statements in Wallet does not show export option anymore. They are now grouped by the Year and when I go into the Year can see groupings by Month. But none of them have the export option. I'm using IOS 16.1. Without the export option I cannot load the transactions into Quicken. Appreciate a lot if any one knows an alternative way to do this.

Are you trying to export from the "Statements" section or the Transactions section?
Wallet > Apple Card > scroll down through "Latest Card Transactions" to "Transactions in 2022" do not export.
Wallet > Apple Card > Card Balance > scroll down to "Statements" section "December 2022" should export and still does on my iPhone iOS 16.2.
