Please do not share info such as serial numbers here; these are public online forums. The hosts will be removing it - it is not helpful anyway because we are all other users and do not have access to Apple's database.

The number you have posted is not a serial number, but a model number. It would appear to be a unit refurbished by an Apple authorized facility. It was probably initially available for the US market.
