Paid subscription but no access to Apple music

I've made a successful payment on(Android) Apple music but I can't access any music. The app keeps telling me to subscribe, even though i have an active subscription done via android playstore - do not tell me to go to any of the Apple help links as none of them have been useful.

If you are unable to access Apple Music on your Android device and you have an active subscription, the first thing we would recommend is following these steps from Use Apple Music with your Android devices:

If you already subscribe, just sign in with your Apple ID
1. Open the Apple Music app.
2. If you see a trial offer, tap Sign In in the upper-right corner. Or tap the More button the More button, then tap Sign In.
Enter the same Apple ID and password that you use with Apple Music.


If you are still having issues using Apple Music, then our billing experts would be the best suited to look into this further with you. Reach out to them here: Apple Music Support
