Finder drag and drop now working on Ventura

Working on a 2020 iMac and updated to Ventura a month or two ago. Since updating, Finder will randomly stop dragging and dropping. It will let me select things but won't drag/drop. If I force quit Finder it resolves, but it lasts less than an hour or so before the problem is back.

It's really frustrating having to force quit Finder multiple times a day, any help?

Insanely fast scrolling while drag-and-drop under Ventura as well Hi Everyone! This issue has been around for multiple systems ,when I try to drag-and-drop a file into a folder in Finder in column view. Once I do get the finder to scroll while dragging, it does it so fast that there's no way you can find your destination unless it lies in the portion of the list all the way at the top or bottom. I don't have a solution and I won't accept opening a new window (command + N) is the only solution because this was working in earlier releases of the OS. I've been experiencing the issue on M1 Macs and earliers as well. Here's a similar thread with no solution whatsoever. Any ideas, solutions? Thanks!
