Cannot turn off HOME CONTROL
I’ve deleted the HOME APP & turn off Home control in settings but it continues to turn back on. I believe someone has done did something malicious but idk. No answers

When you mention disabling Home Control, are you talking about seeing the option to control accessories in Control Center on your iPhone? If so, these steps from Control accessories with Home on iPhone show how to remove this:
If you don’t want accessories to appear in Control Center, go to Settings> Control Center, then turn off Show Home Controls.
Updating the iOS on your iPhone can install feature improvements and bug fixes to resolve unexpected behavior like this as well. Follow this from Update your iPhone or iPad to back up and update your device:
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
