We'd be happy to help. It's not natively supported for your iPhone 13 Pro to be able to mirror or stream video to a PC. You'd need to look into some third party apps that provide this functionality. Natively, iPhone's can only mirror to AirPlay compatible devices as outlined here: Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
