how can I delete the family sharing so I can go in another family ?

See Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support. Note there is a limit on how frequently you can switch families. From Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support in the section If you can't accept the invitation:
Remember, you can only join one family at a time, and you can only switch to a different family group once per year.
Be sure you want to switch.
