Hey there koichi128,

Let's team up to get your USB drive recognized with your Mac. To start, we'd like to confirm more details to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some general possible causes:

  1. Was there a time where the same USB drive was recognized when connected to the same Mac, and if yes, when did this start?
  2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart. Check out the section ‘Restart your Mac' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
  3. If you have a compatible Mac model, the latest version is macOS 13.1. You can verify this by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update macOS on Mac.
  4. We see that you have an article above your post that shows what to do If you see USB Devices Disabled on your Mac. Is this the issue occurring, and if yes, please keep in mind that the last step listed would be to contact Apple Support.

Cheers!
