What's the Processor of your Mac?

Reset the NVRAM and then SMC:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only_: Sometimes changes are made that require the system caches to be reset

So, first attempt the following by using your keyboard:

The intent of the SMC Reset (and NVRAM) is that the internal devices, like the Touch Bar, would be reset. With these caches now having being made anew, see if this works as intended. In all, your Touch Bar will now be back its default settings.

"TouchBar & MacOS Ventura: in my case there is not hardware damage and my system was working perfectly before the update."

Restore from a Backup:

Restore from a Time Machine Backup:

Did create a Time Machine backup of your Mac prior to performing and update, if so, restore your Mac to it. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always create a backup prior to making any major change to it (i.e. update or software install/uninstall). As a result, you'll have something to restore to, should anything go wrong, afterwards. Learn More Here: Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support

"TouchBar & MacOS Ventura: is there any link from where we can just update the driver of touchbar."

-------

Finding the Correct Drivers:

There might be a direct link to the drivers. So, what is the official model on your Mac?

Finding the Model of your Mac?:

  1. Go to: Apple Menu
  2. Select: About This Mac
  3. View: Second line-down (Dulled-Out Text with the screen size and year)?

Single Out this User:

Create a new Administrator user, seeing if the error goes away. If so, then it a configuration somewhere within the user you are currently using. If not, then I’d is an error system wide —likely a hardware issue, being you reformatted the Mac.
