I have a 2019 Mac running Mojave 10.14.6 and Photos 4. I need to upgrade it to Catalina so my daughter can run specific software on it for school. My question is, will my photo library be affected if I do this? Anything I should know before I download Catalina and get started? Thank you!

Also, be aware that after installing Catalina, the first time you open Photos your photo library will be upgraded to the new version.

1. Not unless a problem occurs. Back it and your other data up first.
2. Check your applications for compatibility and use Go64 first.
