How can I disable usage of a hotspot on my child's iPhone? If her screen time is up, she can go in and turn it on without having to enter a passcode.

I did that, but she can go back in and turn the hotspot on. That hotspot switch can be turned on in two places.

Follow these steps: Go to Settings > Cellular, and make sure that the hotspot is disabled. Then go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, and enter your passcode if prompted. Scroll down to Cellular Data Changes, and switch that to Don't Allow.
