Hi, can I cancel my iCloud storage at anytime?

Hi, I currently have 5GB of free iCloud storage.

I am wanting to upgrade, however after upgrade am i allow to cancel at anytime?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly billing period. Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
