Remove Disturbing Emojis

There are emojis which I find disturbing in the emoji keyboard. How can I remove them? This is a work phone, I do not need nor want sexual displays such as pregnant men and alternative genders as suggested or automatically replacing my words when I type things like "vehicle transmission".
