Late Payment for iCloud+ Subscription

To explain and be perfectly clear, in my country (Philippines) Apple allows us to pay using a digital wallet service, now, on the renewal date of my iCloud+ subcription, the payment was declined because the wallet had no balance. I have now put balance on the wallet and would like to pay the subcription fee. How can I do that without changing my payment method? Kind of like paying the fee manually. Thank you!
