Mac Mini M1 connected to Thunderbolt Display not working since I upgraded to MACOS13.1

I got a new Mac Mini M1 on 27/12/22 and connected to my Thunderbolt Display via the Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 apple adapter. It was working fine until I upgraded the MACOS to 13.1. Now the screen remains blank. There is power to the display unit as an external hard disk drive is showing life and I charged a MacBook Pro 13 from flat to full using the cable connector. Has anyone else had/have this issue? Am I able to uninstall 13.1 back to 13

Thanks for the guidance. I logged feedback to both macOS and Mac mini. I also called the Apple Support. The guys were really helpful and got me to reinstall Ventura 13.1, but the issues still exists.

I have an appointment with the local Apple store to to take the mini and the display in for them to check it out on Sunday. The Apple store tested my Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter and that is working fine.

I went to the Apple store for my appointment at the Genius desk today. We tried a different monitor using the Thunderbolt 2 to 3 adpater and it worked. We then connected the Thunderbolt cable from the adpater to the Thunderbolt 2 port at the back of the display (the spare one) and it worked. We have put it down to the built in Thunderbolt 2 cable having an issue although the MagSafe part works as I have charged a Mac Book Pro using it last week.

End result, I am a happy chappy, my Thunderbolt Display is working :)

Thanks for your input.

Regards

Mark
