Bottom third of screen flashing in Apple 4K TV

The bottom third of my screen is flashing images. What is going on and how do I fix it, please?

Software update screen stuck on Apple TV 4k I recently purchased a new Apple TV 4K and updated software to tvOS 18.0. Since the update, everytime to turn on my Apple TV a software update screen pops up (pic attached) and I can’t remove it unless I turn the TV off and on again. There is also no update to perform as it’s already done. The screen won’t let me choose to update or defer - I can move and select items in the background per normal Apple TV but this screen just sits over the top. I’ve tried restarting, resetting and unplugging the Apple TV but this screen still pops up. Can anyone help with this?

Apple tv 4k not working my 4k apple tv wont go back a screen when pressing the home button. Have apple done another crap update? The light flashes indicating it is receiving the signal and if i hold the button in for two seconds it goes straight to the app menu screen.

if it was me then I would take the appletv to a friend or the likes house and if it's the appletv or your tv which is the culprit
