Why are all my devices linking
my passwords are changing and it seems like my device is being managed by someone else. Every device I own, they have changed the password. Please help!

As for the linking, unless you disable iCloud one of its primary features is to ensure that all your devices are kept updated as to changes in settings. What is done on one is also done to the others.
