old issue, new issue, what changed?
Bluetooth issue...
this old macos /older mac does it still have the option to reset the BT module..(?)
Hold the Shift Option Keys and click open the BT icon in the Upper right menu bar>Debug>
"Remove All Devices" and "Reset All Devices" and "Reset the BlueTooth Module"
you can always try —
reset NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
and
Reset the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac – Apple Support
To trouble shoot further you can:
—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
—A SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
