Not receiving group messages on iPhone 14 when a non- iPhone user in group

From what you've described, it sounds like you are using SMS/MMS messaging to send and receive these messages. This is because only iPhone users can use iMessage for individual or group messages. To send and receive SMS/MMS messaging, you'll need to ensure that your Settings are correct.

Follow these steps to make sure things are set up as expected:

1. Head to Settings
2. Click Messages
3. Scroll down to SMS/MMS section
4. Turn on MMS Messaging
5. Turn on Group Messaging.

Once you do this, try to message your group again and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you may need to contact your wireless carrier to makes sure group texting is part of your wireless plan.
