Unable to add certain albums to Apple Music Library

There are certain albums that I cannot download or even add to my library in Apple Music. I click on the add button, get the album added to your library confirmation tick in the top right hand corner (on iOS), then the album reverts back to the add album button. It will revert to not being on my phone as an added album. This has happened multiple times with multiple albums. Usually I’m able to click add, then quickly tap the icon with the three dots next to the add to library button and “Delete from Library” then after doing that I re-add the album to the library but the album I'm trying to get now this doesn’t work. Couple of things I have tried:


Force closed the app then restarted the phone

Signed out of iTunes and Apple Music and signed back in (After restarting phone)

Deleted the entire album off of the phone and trying to download again (After restarting the phone)


I suspect it’s some sort of sync issue/bug because these are albums that I had imported into my iTunes library off of CDs/Digital Downloads like 10 years ago before Apple Music was a thing. I’m wondering if my iTunes/Apple Musiclibrary is getting confused?
