PDF documents can be natively viewed using the iPhone/iPad Files App. Navigate to the PDF file, then tap to open/read.

Can't view any documents as pdf in iPhone 13 iOS 18 I have iPhone 13, iOS18 up to date and cannot view any documents as pdf I can only view in a print preview which isn’t helpful. I’ve done the reset, downloaded pdf and uninstalled etc. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
