how to recover deleted photos after factory reset no backup

hello!

My phone was disabled, after which it restarted. however, it then reset to a backup from 2020 meaning i lost all my data after that point. is there any way i can get back my photos from a few weeks ago? They are not visible in icloud, and there is no backup after 2020.
