Golf Clash credit note

I received a credit note for a purchase on the Golf Clash game that I never received. My question is does that get credited back in my bank account ( it hasn’t yet ) or can I try and purchase the item again without paying for it

It goes back to the same account from where you had paid for the purchase which failed.
