The Apple Device You Sold Me is iCloud Locked - Please Unlock It

Hi,


I recently bought an Apple device from you but when I try to set it up is asks me for the Apple ID of the previous owner. Before I can setup the device and use it you need to remove your Apple ID from it.

A device from Apple does not have Activation Lock. It might if you bought from a third-party.
