My iPad 9th gen is stuck on a black screen with a frozen wheel. I can reboot by holding down the power and home buttons. It will then reboot (apple icon) and bro ha up the passcode screen. As soon as I enter the code it flashes briefly to the Home Screen but then goes black with the frozen wheel. Any Tips on what to do?
