How do I REDUCE the Photos Library size to conserve hard drive space? e.g. Lightroom has the feature to set the local HD space for photos library. YEs, I could do another AFPS volume, etc, but I want to REDUCE the size size of the library BEFORE I move it.
Basically there are two ways:
