Heath App crashes when I hit Options in Cycle Tracking. Goal: to turn on Period Predictions/Notifications

I recently got a new iPhone. On my last phone I had the Health App set up to predict my upcoming menstrual cycle and send notifications. In my new phone, the Health app shows my past cycle history but the prediction settings didn’t also transfer over for whatever reason so I’m trying to set it up on my new phone. However when I follow the instructions and go into Cycle Tracking > tap Options > the Health app crashes. Can anyone help?
