Can’t add bticino K4500C gateway to HomeKit

It worked with my company Apple ID, but now I get the attached error message when trying to add it to my private Apple ID. I can scan the code and then can choose the gateway. But the there is this error message. It doesn’t work on the iPad neither on the iPhone.

We’re going to recommend taking the steps from the following article to assist with adding HomeKit accessories to the Home app. Add an accessory to the Home app


If you can't add an accessory
Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
• Make sure that your accessories support HomeKit, AirPlay 2, or Matter.
• To use and manage your home in the Home app on all of your devices, sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID on every device. Then turn on iCloud Keychain and Home in iCloud Settings.

Check to see if there are any firmware updates available for your accessory. If there are no updates available, try restoring it to factory default. If you're unsure how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of the accessory. These actions may resolve unexpected issues.
