Two remotes not working is a weird coincidence, unless the same trauma happened to both … 🤷🏻♂️

- remote restarting,
- remote pairing again.
I thought it needed charging.
That is possible. Charge as described here: Charge your Siri Remote - Apple Support
- charge to a computer USB port,
- or charge to a USB power adapter in an AC outlet.
In my frustration with the pairing, I forgot to mention it!
Apple tv model is A1625
Apple TV remote 1st generation and 2nd generation (bought 2nd to disconnect. Worked and then didn’t so thought it needed charging).
