If you are experiencing an issue where Apple Pay is declining a payment on the Xsolla platform, there may be a problem with your payment method or with the payment processing system. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Check the status of your payment method: Make sure that your payment method is valid and up to date, and that it has sufficient funds to cover the purchase. If there are any issues with your payment method, this could prevent the payment from being processed.
  2. Check for any issues with the merchant's payment system: It's possible that the merchant's payment system is experiencing technical issues or is not set up to accept Apple Pay. In this case, you may need to try a different payment method.
  3. Restart your device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve minor issues like this. To restart your device, hold down the power button until the "slide to power off" option appears, then slide to power off your device. Wait a few seconds, then turn your device back on by pressing the power button again.
  4. Contact Apple support: If you have tried the steps above and are still unable to use Apple Pay to make a payment on the Xsolla platform, you should contact Apple support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and determine the cause of the problem.

It's important to note that Apple Pay is a secure and convenient way to make payments, but it can sometimes experience technical issues. If you continue to have problems using Apple Pay with the Xsolla platform, it is important to seek help and support from Apple to get the issue resolved.
