Based upon the link above your post, we understand that you're having an issue with your Beats Fit Pro regarding the left side. To better understand what's happening, we'd like to confirm more details, along with ruling out some possible causes:


  1. What exactly is occurring? For example: it's pairing with your iPhone but has no sound, it's not pairing at all, etc. The more details you provide, the better we'll understand what's happening.
  2. As the link above you post mentioned how to perform a reset on your Beats Fit Pro, have you already tried one? Here's the link again just in case: Reset your Beats Fit Pro
  3. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  4. If you're pairing with a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
