Can I pick an iPhone up from the Apple Store?

My question is if I ordered an iPhone off T-Mobile's website and if the order was delayed would I be able to go to the apple store have proof of purchase and can I pick it up from the apple store?

No, in order to pick it up at an Apple store, you need to place the order with Apple.
