Animation for switching between full screen apps stutters, Why?????

the swipe with three fingers on the trackpad switches between desktops and/or full screen apps, and the animation during this is laggy!!!!! It gets even worse since on promotion display macs this animation is even slower than before and the fluidity of the display makes this stutter extremely noticeable and unbearable. Why the **** is this still not fixed?? From logical standpoint its either hardware or software that fails to render this properly, so wich one is it Apple?

update: after a full system diagnostic performed by apple specialist in my local apple store 0 issues with hardware were found, meaning this is clearly a software issue. ProMotion is officially ruined. 13.1 is out already and the issue is still there. considering installing 13.2 beta to check if that is any better, if not, downgrading to Monterey. Shame on u Apple, 3000+ euro machine works this way after just one major update!!!!!
