Suspicious SMS messages

I’ve recently received multiple of these incoming sms messages with sketchy links to click on. They come up on my whole screen with the only options to click on is to click on the message or “why did I receive this message” at the bottom and no other way to back out of it. I’ve been locking my phone so I don’t click on anything that pops up is there a way to stop this from happening?
