Disable HomeKit hub on ios16…

New update reactivated my Apple TV HomeKit hub capabilities. Unfortunately it in a bad location and most of my HomeKit accessories don’t respond as programmed when linked. Mostly Bluetooth devices such as my level locks and levitón switches stop working entirely. My solution was to disable it from working as a hub. Unfortunately the new iOS 16.2 update removed this ability. Are their any other solutions to this? To disable it from being used as a hub?

For reference I have 4 Apple TV’s. 3 Apple TV 4K and 1 Apple TV HD. The Apple TV HD is the one I want to disable as it is on the far side of the house away from most of my devices.
