Sorry I misread your post. Check the Recently Deleted file and any recent back-ups you have made. If not there, they are probably gone for good.
There is no such thing as 'recent back ups".
If you are backing up the phone regularly, the photos would have been deleted from the backup since the phone simply syncs with the backup file.
I'm afraid the photos are gone.
Are the photos still in the Photos Recently Deleted album on the iPhone? Photos will only stay in the Recently Deleted folder or about 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
They are not. I deleted these photos over 30 days ago over a bad break up but they mean a lot to me now, so I’m hoping I can recover them ?
Where is the “recent back ups” ?
Check to see if they may be in the Recently Deleted file which is located in The Photos App. There is no "recent back-up" file unless you purposely backed them up to another device.
