Kid's Screen Time won't sync to Parent's Phone

Got daughter iPhone 14 on Saturday. Screen time would not sync, limits for apps, time, etc. would not work from parent's phone.

Magically somehow on Tuesday it started working (may have happened sooner since she was by her mom's on Sunday-Tuesday and I didn't bother looking at it).

Now today it's stopped again. I have tried every freaking website, trick and tactic under the sun to try to get it to work. Is this just a flaw of Screen Time, does it have to do with the 16.2 update...any ideas?

There are no less than 20 near-identical threads on this same exact, NONE with an actual fix offered, and Apple keeps closing every single one of these. It's absolutely obscene. Screen Time is totally broken for many, many families, has been for years, and Apple just keeps shutting down discussion of it.

Hi. I’ve been having this issue since mid-November on all 3 of my kids phones and have spent at least 10 hours on the phone with Apple, plus countless more making screen recordings for their engineers. I’m finally ready to give up and find a parental monitoring app alternative, but haven’t figured out any that are as good as screentime when it works. Have you had any resolution to your issue?
