Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities.
You may need to remove any profiles that were installed with this VPN. It may also be necessary to reset the iPad network settings to fully remove any VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Please try the following:
- Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
- Check for any VPN related profiles here.
- If you delete a profile, all of the settings, apps, and data associated are removed.
- Open Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset.
- Tap Reset Network Settings.
- This will reset your VPN settings and also remove any Wi-Fi passwords and cellular settings.
