Signing in with different email address

Hello SherylLoves2Craft,

The account you use to download the app on your iPad, and the account associated with your subscription are two separate accounts.

You'll still need to use your Apple ID to download the Disney+ app from the App Store. Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad will walk you through that.

1. "On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
2. Browse through the Today, Games, Apps, or Arcade tabs to find apps you like. Or tap the Search tab to look for something specific. If you find a game that says Arcade, subscribe to Apple Arcade to play the game.
3. Tap or click the price or Get button. If you see the Open button instead of a price or Get button, you already bought or downloaded that app."

Once the app is downloaded, you'll be prompted to sign into the account associated with your subscription after launching it. Steps to log into the app can be found in Login issues with Disney+.

"To log in with your email and password:

1. Launch the Disney+ app and select Log in 
2. Enter the email address and password used to subscribe to Disney+
3. Select Log in to confirm"
