Can I put pictures on my watch?

I want to put my picture on the Apple Watch as a screen saver is this possible ?

While you can certainly put pictures on your watch and use them for a watch face, Watches don’t have screen savers:

You sure can! You just use the photos face on your watch. Hope this helps!
