BUG: Password for notes became incorrect after update to IOS 16.2

Hi,

I have a secured note since IOS 15.

Everything was fine under all IOSes until 16.2.

After update it says like "enter the password for secured notes".

When I enter the existing password, it doesn't match.

Even the hint has changed to a meaningless set of letters.

I tried to create a new note, it again asks for the password which doesn't match.

I reset the password for notes in the settings.

The new password is the same as the old one.

After that I could create the notes and lock them with password, but I still can not open the existing one, created in IOS 15.

The note contains very significant information, like VERY.

It is synced with iCloud.

I hope for the support from the developers

Assuming that you backed up to your computer or iCloud before you updated→Restore your iOS device from a backup - Apple Support

We're glad you were able to reset your notes password and it's working properly with your the new notes you create. While you're able to reset the password and use that password with new notes, it won't reset the password or give you access to the older locked notes. This information is outlined in the section titled "Reset you notes password if you forgot it" of the following article.
