Add Spotify to family Watch without an iPhone

I am trying to add Spotify to my Son’s new series 8 Apple Watch. On the watch App Store it says Spotify requires iPhone. He does not have an iPhone, is there a way to add this app to his watch? Thank you.

No. Spotify requires the iPhone app and direct pairing to an iPhone, it is not supported with the Apple Watch Family Setup.
