iPhone is plugged in and charging. Followed Apple Support instructions. No Apple outages reported. Same wifi network. 35GB iCloud+ storage free. Google Drive is not set up to sync. Individual screens in Files App say “Syncing with iCloud Paused.” Rebooted phone.
How do I fix or force sync?

I have the same problem. Here's an image of the message saying "Syncing with iCloud Paused".
I think it is just a cosmetic bug, since a quick test showed that it continues to sync as normal.
