How can I tell the Health App that I have taken my scheduled meds using an NFC tag?

I have set up my meds in the Health App but I can't always take them at the allotted time.

I'd really like to tell the App that I have taken the meds from an NFC tag in the drawer where I keep them.

I've looked at Shortcuts but the only thing I can see access to from the Health App is the Steps field, or 'Samples'.
