Back up disabled phone

My phone is disabled and my iMac I tunes is not recognizing when I plug in usb cable. Phone tells me to unlock to use accessories. I need to recover the info off my phone and I only have one more try before phone is permanent disabled.

Is this possible to back up to iCloud or anything before I factory reset my phone or get a new one?

Unfortunately, no. Hopefully, you have a recent backup of the phone that you can use to restore the phone after it is reset / erased and set up again.
