The camera flickers a lot while shooting videos in 4K 60 FPS. what can I do about that?

If your shooting indoor under florescent or LED lights, that's why. Older incandescent lights don't react as fast to the 50 or 60Hz line voltage. LED lights do and although your eyes don't react fast enough to see it, your phone's camera catches that 50/60Hz frequency and it shows up in your video.
Sorry for the misunderstanding on my side, I saw the temperature warning message, due to using the 60W power adapter, which might also interfere with the use of the camera.
But Kurtosis12 pointed you in the right direction, reducing the fps rate might help.
