Screentime keeps turning off and deleting app limits

Every day I reset my sons downtime, and everyday as soon as downtime activates it immediately turns it off and deletes the settings. I have restarted both devices, everything is up-to-date etc.. but screentime is completely useless now.

In addition to this, the app limits keep being completely deleted randomly.

It’s worked perfectly for years… and all of sudden this is happening for the past few weeks.

Hopefully someone has solved this.. very frustrating!
