Apple Watch is locked

Being intended as a theft deterrent, Watch will not be useful with Activation Lock set to somebody else’s Apple ID.

if you have purchased an Apple Watch and it arrives with Activation Lock set, contact the seller and request assistance clearing it, or a refund if not.

There is nothing you or we can do to clear this, and Apple won’t help without proof of ownership you almost certainly will lack.

if Telus sold you a Watch with somebody else’s Activation Lock set, contact Telus.

Request that the Activation Lock be removed, or a replacement Watch provided, or a refund.
